A wellness-led medical brand for a multi-specialty institute.
A 38-page editorial site for a global medical practice — built around long consultations, multi-language care, and the conviction that architecture is therapy. Halen needed a site that feels like a place you would actually want to visit.
We started with the funnel before the moodboard — analytics, search console, the conversion path as it stood, the lines where it leaked. The brief followed from the data: the metric that would move the business, and the page-level decisions that would move it on the metric.
Design and engineering ran together from sprint one. Astro, TypeScript, plain CSS — paired with a performance budget held to each commit, analytics and A/B framework wired in from the first build, SEO and structured data treated as engineering deliverables, not marketing afterthoughts.
We launched on Cloudflare, edge-served, sub-50ms response globally. The site has held a 100 / 100 Lighthouse score since release. The dashboards have moved in the direction we agreed on.
Audience and funnel audit, conversion-path mapping, performance and SEO targets agreed before the first pixel.
Visual identity, type pairing, palette, photography direction — drawn around the audience and the page-level conversion job.
The homepage, every product or service page, every CTA — written for conversion and SEO, in the brand’s voice.
Bespoke layouts, built in Astro and TypeScript. Performance budget, accessibility, structured data — all treated as engineering deliverables.
Plausible (or GA4), Search Console, conversion events, A/B framework, server-side tagging where the funnel needs it.
Deployed on Cloudflare Pages. Edge-served, sub-50ms globally. Monthly experiments and reporting against the agreed metric.
Tell us the metric you want to move. We will tell you what the site has to do to move it.
